Itinerary
You’ll be picked up early from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and begin the scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley toward the world famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Make a brief stop at the escarpment for breathtaking views andphoto opportunities before continuing the journey. Arrive at your lodge/camp in timefor lunch. After a short rest, head out for your first afternoon game drive, where you mayspot elephants, giraffes, lions, and a variety of antelope. Return to your camp for dinner and overnight stay. After breakfast, embark on a full day game drive with picnic lunches in the reserve. Spend the day exploring the rich wildlife of the Mara, including the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. Depending on the season, you may also witness the wildebeest migration and dramatic river crossings. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and relaxation around the campfire
Enjoy another full day of adventure in the Mara. You can opt for an early morning balloonsafari (extra cost) for a bird’s eye view of the plains as the sun rises, followedby a champagne breakfast in the bush. Continue with game drives or relax at the lodge. Optional cultural visit to a Masai village is also available to learn about the traditions andlifestyle of the Masai people.
